I am so excited to team up with Durham stockist Indio for a workshop this spring! Read the description below for details!
"At Indio we consider skin care a religion. That's why we are so excited to partner with Lizzie Chadbourne, the maker and developer behind the local natural body care line, Lo & Behold. In this workshop, we will be discussing Exfoliation - an integral part of any skin care regime. Lizzie will discuss the benefits of exfoliation for the body and the face and will introduce students to a variety of ingredients - including carrier oils, essential oils and exfoliants. During class we will make a body scrub and a face mask as attendees learn about all the possible ingredients they could use to make their own natrual products at home. Each participant will leave class with some of the body scrub and face mask that they made in class as well as samples from Lo & Behold."
$25 per person

A small craft sale with an eclectic blend of fine craft and farm products! Ladybug Farm is a small farm owned and operated by Evelyn and Aaron Ward in Hurdle Mills, NC, a rural community 30 miles north of Durham and 15 miles north of Hillsborough. It's home to about 150 pasture raised chickens and Evelyn's pottery studio. Ladybug Farm makes a lovely setting for a craft sale with perennial gardens, an old farmhouse, pastures and rustic barns.
